If I Had a Million Dollars

I am pretty confidant that you where on edge of your seat when you read the above headline. Unfortunately the answer is not going to come quit that easy. If you really want to get to the root of the matter you have dig a little deeper. In fact let me start over by asking this question would you like to know how I made my first million or how you can make your first million?

In a simple answer I can truthfully say, hard work does indeed pay, but will hard work guarantee that you will make your million? Many people want to know the secret to this question. They want the magic bullet or the gold nugget that will allow them to reach this goal without having to put in the work. The truth of the matter is that there is no magic bullet, pixie dust or secret, only a will to do and to achieve.

Building wealth takes time. There is a process that has to take place. One must first believe that they can become a millionaire, visualizing every aspect of being wealthy. Then a plan has to be established. Planning is a very crucial step in the process. The final piece of the puzzle is the execution of one’s thoughts and plans. There have been a few reported cases of people who have gone to bed broke and woke up rich, these individuals eventually learn that wealth is not an overnight experience it is a lifestyle.

There are many people who believe and teach that a person only has to summon the universe and the universe will retrieve your wish for you. As a Believer in God I ask that you consider this question carefully. Scripture does indicate that you can have the desires of your heart but it also says faith without works is dead. In other words having a desire is great but if you refuse to pursue that desire you have simply put your hope into a false reality better known as a pipe dream.

The key is to stay focused on your goal, remember you don't get paid for time you get paid for value that you put in your time. The amount of money one makes and how they made it should never concern you. What should matter is how you are going to make your first million.
